The double deluxe ocean view room was perfect for our group of 4, offering stunning views of the ocean. the beach access was a highlight, allowing us to enjoy the sun and sand effortlessly. the location in the hotel zone provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle, and the various pools throughout the property ensured we always had a relaxing spot to unwind. Brenda at the hotel desk was exceptionally helpful and provided warm hospitality, making our stay even more enjoyable. Although the rooms and hallways could use a facelift, the overall experience was pleasant, especially for the price. the food, while not outstanding, was reasonably priced, and we appreciated the variety of dishes available. the margaritas were a definite standout! The Westin Resort & Spa Cancun offers a perfect blend of relaxation and activity, with options like snorkeling trips and a unique sports bar with a diverse menu. It was a great mix of guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I would happily return for another stay at this beachfront oasis.
